Maxons Restorations Employee Training
Each Maxons employee, staff member, project manager and senior management went through a demanding and rigorous training program to allow them to understand the importance of protecting the environmental conditions each occupant, worker and owner is subject to when faced with disaster. As State governments pass additional laws protecting the environment and demanding more stringent cleaning methods Maxons will be the leader in this green remediation field. The training for each person covered the following topics.

  • Rating methods used by each building certification group (LEED, Energy Star, and NAHB)
  • Measurement standards used to support each certification
  • Benefits of "building green" and "cleaning green"
  • Difference between "sustainability" and "being green"
  • Conventional building methods versus green building methods and Green Insurance
  • Understanding the dangers of "Greenwashing"
  • Green cleaning methods and the benefits to clients health and safety
  • Understanding indoor environmental quality and the holistic view

Our first priority in remediation is the safety of both our workers and the occupants, combined with the efficiency of which we complete our task. In some instances an exceptional level of cleaning needs to be considered to ensure increased protection of our environment and the toxicity level to those prone to sensitive health issues. Our Green Clean methods make this service available to everyone.
